I think that we should give these people

some kind of warning that the Canton firm is not on

the "White List.

their shipping the goods to Hong Kong provided they are not for trans-shipment, and point out that the Canton branch of The Sincere Company is not upon the White List, referring to the Fréclamation of September 24th.
